Outer cell membrane.
Permeability conditioned by intra and extra-cellular polarity changes.
Cytoskeleton.
Changing external mechanical, atmospheric or manual pressure in cytoskeletal structure generates intra-cellular changes (Mechano-transduction). Integrins (pressure receptors on the extra-cellular membrane) induce oxi-redox system changes (microfilaments, microtubules, and cytoskeleton induce transcription or expression of the cell nucleus).
Mitochondria.
Cellular respiration through cytochrome c oxidase (main acceptor). Increase in adenosine triphosphate (ATP) increases energy.
 
Nucleus.
Protein synthesis or gene expression thereof (trough nuclear transcription in the cell)
Also analgesic, anti-inflammatory and restoration of the normal level of nitric oxide (NO).
